My debt update December 2018

I update about the progress of paying my debt every month. I have also written an article about how I will pay off debt while investing 🙂

 

Mortgage

  • 30 years loan agreement (2046)
  • 4,58% (APR) variable annual interest rate

set a long-term goal to pay off this debt before 2028.  My plan is to pay extra each month from May 2020. It will be possible in my finances to do this as the remaining loans are paid.

I have set a short-term goal to pay off this loan 3,5 years earlier. Before summer 2019. It’s a priority mentally that I pay this fastest. The annual interest rate is great but I feel that the loan has been in my life for too long.
